GyreV is a performing arts and eco activist organization. They create sublime, satirical masquerade movements that will activate your (V) senses! They use delight and play to interpret human behavior in a new way.

Using skits, dance, and other performance pieces, GyreV narrate the correlation between human behavior and the presence of disease in our environment. They satirize cultural norms, dance in liberated motions, and hum in unique, intrinsic vibration.

GyreV refers to the pooling, energetic momentum generated by live performative, which stimulates reconnection and activation of intrinsic rhythms. In their performances they embody the human, animal and the environment.

Creative conductor Kaitlyn McKenzie dreams up surreal, avant-garde masks, art installations and prop objects for a diverse cast of performing artists to interpret. She up-cycles trash and non bio

degradable waste as a sculpting medium, highlighting the connection between material obsession and environmental separation.
